As a program manager, you can edit, modify, and submit an entry on behalf of an entrant.
Edit or submit an entry
In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
Click the entry name or ID to open the manager's view
Click Edit
Make your changes
Click Save + close to save updates or click Submit entry to submit on behalf of the entrant
Submitting an entry on behalf of an entrant bypasses the cart. If payments are enabled, entrants must submit their own entry in order to pay within Award Force. For more information, see: Why didn't I have to pay to submit an entry?
Good to know
If a program manager submits an entry, all submission-based notifications will still send (e.g. Entry submitted, review flow notifications).
Manager-submitted entries do not generate an order in paid programs.
Entrants can still edit their entry later if editing remains open for their category or round.
