Copying an entry

Award Force makes it easy to copy an existing entry within the platform! To learn how, follow the steps outlined below.

For managers

  1. From the Manage workspace, navigate to Entries
  2. Select the checkbox next to the entry/entries you want to copy
  3. Open the Action dropdown box
  4. Click Copy

For entrants

Note: the copy button for entrants may be disabled in the Manage workspace via Settings > Entries > General.
  1. In the Enter workspace, go to Entries
  2. Select the checkbox next to the entry you'd like to duplicate
  3. Click Copy

Each copied entry will have '(copy)' appended to the entry name. To remove it, edit the entry name.

Note: if the original entry was submitted the copied entry status will be changed to 'in progress'.
