Submitting an entry from the Manage workspace bypasses the shopping cart, so no payment is required. This is helpful when you need to submit entries on behalf of entrants.
Entrants will still receive the standard 'Entry submitted' notification, but no order is generated.

A live payment test must be completed before opening for entries to confirm your payment gateway is correctly configured
