Good to know
-
Custom payment descriptions:
- Select payment gateways (denoted in the chart above with an asterisk) will include a customisable description wherein entry ID, fields, prices, and more can be displayed. If an entrant is paying for multiple entries, they will be separated by a comma in the description.
- The entry ID will only be included in a payment gateway description if it has been made available to entrants in Settings > Entries > Form settings in the 'Advanced' tab.
-
IP Safelisting required:
- Some gateways, like Opayo (previously called Sage Pay) and Westpac PayWay, require our server IPs in a safe list. Following are the fixed IPs for Award Force--all must be added to the safe list:

3DS2 Compliance
- Regulations in the EU and elsewhere have required banks and card companies to increase security measures. The latest of which, 3D Secure v2 (3DS2), came into effect October 2022. Some payment gateways, including Payflow, have opted not to support these measures and, as such, will no longer be supported by Award Force.
