Which payment gateways do you support?

Award Force supports a number of payment gateways globally to fit your needs. Select payment gateways (denoted below with an asterisk) will also include payment details, including the entry's slug, ID, and price.

Gateway Location availability
Alipay (works with Stripe and CNY currency only) Asia

Authorize.Net*

Note: Authorize.NET does not support 3DS2 which may result in errors during the payment process. If your region requires this security standard, using an alternate gateway is recommended.
United States
BPOINT (Commonwealth Bank) Australia
CCAvenue* Asia and Middle East
eWay* Australia, United Kingdom
First Data* Germany, Global
iDEAL (works with Stripe only) Netherlands
NAB Transact Australia

Opayo (previously called Sage Pay)

Note: Opayo (previously called Sage Pay) only allows 12 digits to be added so provide the IPs without the /32 at the end.
United Kingdom
Secure Pay (Australia Post) Australia
PayPal Global
PayStack* Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa)
Stripe* See list of available countries
Westpack PayWay  Australia

Important: some gateways (Opayo (previously called Sage Pay) and Westpac PayWay) require our server IPs in a safe list. Following are the fixed IPs for AF— all must be added to the safe list:

All accounts: 52.59.21.18

AU: 3.104.86.248

US: 44.224.127.33

CA: 15.222.195.126

Note: regulations in the EU and elsewhere have required banks and card companies to increase security measures, the latest of which, 3D Secure v2 (3DS2), came into effect October 2022. Some payment gateways, including Payflow, have opted not to support these measures and, as such, will no longer be supported by Award Force.
