Why can't I see any categories?

If you try to start an entry but cannot see any categories in the category drop-down menu, this is usually caused by a browser-specific issue.
Troubleshoot the issue
Try the steps below in order:
- Force a hard refresh of your browser
- On Windows, hold Control and click the browser refresh button
- On Mac, hold Shift and click the browser refresh button
- Disable browser extensions
- Some extensions can interfere with page elements
- Switch to another browser
- Check the browser's console for errors
