If you are having trouble using elements on a web page, such as drop-down menus or buttons, the client success team may ask you to check your browser console.
The browser console displays JavaScript error messages that can help identify the cause of the issue.

Capture console errors After opening the console:
Ensure the 'Console' tab is selected
Open or refresh the page where the issue occurs
Look for red error messages
Take a screenshot of the console output
Attach the screenshot to your support emailÂ
