Many organisations run related programs across multiple Award Force accounts. To make this easier to manage, Award Force uses a single user account system, allowing users to switch between programs without needing to log in separately to each account.
This reduces the number of logins users need to remember and creates a smoother experience across all programs.
How account switching works
- A single user account can be connected to multiple Award Force programs
- Users can switch between those programs without re-entering login details
- This applies to all users, not just program managers
- Users can hold different roles in different programs (for example, entrant in one program and judge in another)
Entries across multiple accounts
Because entries can be copied between accounts (for example, copying a regional winner into a national program), the same entrant user account will remain associated with those entries across all linked programs. This ensures continuity for entrants and avoids duplicate user profiles.
Future benefits
Using a shared user account system also enables future platform features designed to improve cross-program workflows and user experience.

Good to know
- Users only need to register once with Award Force.
- The same login credentials work across all connected programs.
- Access and permissions are controlled per program, not globally.
- Users can view all connected programs via My Award Force.
- Entries copied between accounts retain their original user association.
