Archiving score sets

For programs that do not use the season functionality, there may be a need to archive judging information from previous rounds or years. This will help tidy up the views by tucking away previously used score sets, panels, and scoring criteria so program managers can focus on the current judging configuration.

Important: when a score set is archived, all associated panels and scoring criteria are archived with it. This "locks" the scores and prevents further editing of those score sets, panels, and scoring criteria.

How to archive score sets

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Score sets
  2. Click the ellipsis menu (icon with three dots)
  3. Choose Archive
Archive option in ellipsis drop-down for a score set
Tip: to archive multiple score sets at once, select their corresponding checkboxes and select Archive from the Action drop-down menu.

Viewing archived score sets

  1. Navigate to Judging > Settings > Score sets in the Manage workspace
  2. Click the Current drop-down menu at the top of the page
  3. Choose Archived
Current view toggle with option for Archived
Tip: a similar menu option at the top of the pages at Judging > Leaderboard, Judging > Settings > Panels, and Judging > Settings > Scoring criteria.
Important: judges will not be able to judge assignments from score sets which have been archived.

Undo archiving

If you archive a score set by mistake it's easy to undo!

  1. From the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Score sets
  2. Open the Current drop-down and choose Archived
  3. Click the overflow menu (three dots icon)
  4. Choose Unarchive
Ellipsis menu for archived score set with option to unarchive
