Award Force allows you to share judging feedback with entrants so they can understand how their entry performed and where improvements could be made.

Feedback is shared using a feedback round.

Feedback visibility options
When configuring a feedback round, you can control who sees the feedback.
- Visible to entrants: allows entrants to view judging feedback on their entries.
- Visible to judges: allows judges to see feedback and scores from other judges.
- Anonymise judges: removes judges’ names from comments.
- Display total scores only: shows only the total score and overall comments. Individual scoring criteria and related comments will not appear.
Choose feedback content
You can choose which information appears in the feedback.
- Comments: displays comments submitted by judges.
- Scores: displays scores from VIP judging score sets.
- Category average: displays the average score across all entries in the same category.
Scores shown to entrants represent the average score across all judges, not individual judge scores.

- Comments marked as internal are never included in feedback.
- If multiple VIP judging score sets exist, scores from all score sets appear in feedback.
- Individual judge scores are never shown to entrants.
- Entrants can print or save their feedback as a PDF from the feedback view.
- Inform judges in advance if feedback will be shared so they can write helpful comments.
