When configuring a score set for VIP judging, Top pick, or Qualifying judging, program managers can allow judges to bulk download the entries assigned to them. This feature is helpful for judges who prefer offline review or may not have reliable internet access
How to configure bulk download
In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Score sets
Click the name of the score set you want to update
Go to the 'Display' tab
Scroll to the 'Download' section and select Enable bulk download of all a judge’s assignments
Click Save
Once enabled, judges will find a Bulk download button at the bottom of their judging view.
When a judge starts a bulk download:
A confirmation message appears on screen
An email is sent when the download is ready
The download is provided as a zip file containing one folder per entry
Each entry folder includes a PDF and attachments, based on field visibility settings in the score set
Large attachments (over 500 MB) are replaced with a text file containing a download link to improve efficiency.
Good to know
Depending on the judging mode and score set configuration, PDFs may or may not include scoring boxes. Scoring boxes appear only in VIP judging.
Judges can also download the scoring PDF individually for each entry.
Attachment files over 500 MB are not included directly in the zip file—users will instead receive a link in a text file.
Bulk download contents reflect the field visibility configured in the score set.
