When configuring a VIP judging score set, you may have seen the option to Lock scores 5 minutes after submission.
What does the score lock do?
This setting prevents judges from editing their scores once five minutes have passed after submitting them.
Judges can still view their scores.
They cannot change them after the five minute window.
How to unlock a score
If you need to allow a judge to edit their score again:
In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Assignments
Locate the score that needs to be unlocked
Click the three dots next to the judge's name
Select Unlock scoring
Good to know
If the lock setting is enabled after scoring has already begin, you'll need to recalculate the leaderboard to start the five minute countdown on previously submitted scores.
Unlocking can only be done one entry at a time--bulk unlocking is not supported.
