If your program is using VIP judging to evaluate entries, you have the ability to not only allow judges to download PDFs of their assignments, but also to include your scoring criteria. To learn how, follow the steps below:
In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Score sets
Click on the score set name
Go to the 'Display' tab
In the 'Display' box, select both Judging PDF available for download and Scoring boxes on judging PDF
Save
The judging PDF can be downloaded by the judge in the Judge workspace under Entriesby clicking on the PDF icon to the right of each entry, or in bulk using the 'Bulk download' button if you have turned this option on for your judges.
