Add scoring boxes to judge PDF

If your program uses VIP judging, you can allow judges to download PDFs of their assignments and include the scoring criteria within those PDFs.

Enable judging PDFs with scoring criteria

1. In the Manage workspace, go to Judging > Settings > Score sets
2. Click the score set name
3. Open the 'Display' tab
4. In the 'Display' section, select Judging PDF available for download
5. Select Scoring boxes on judging PDF
6. Click Save

How judges download the PDF

Judges can download PDFs in the Judge workspace:

1. Go to Entries
2. Click the PDF icon next to an entry

If bulk download has been enabled, judges can also use the Bulk download button to download multiple PDFs at once.

Good to know

• This option is available for VIP judging mode only.
• Bulk download must be enabled separately for judges to access that option.
