Permanent deletion of an entry

There are several reasons you may need to permanently delete an entry:

  • The entry was created by mistake or as a test
  • Your organisation does not retain archived data
  • You want to reduce retention of personal data under data protection obligations

Delete an entry permanently

Only the account owner can permanently delete an entry. To delete an entry:

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
  2. Open the entry you want to delete
  3. Select Delete this entry permanently
  4. Choose one option:
    • Wipe entry and keep judging data
    • Delete entry and delete judging data
  5. Enter the entry name to confirm
  6. Click Delete

The deletion happens immediately.
