Can a chapter manager move an entry into another category?

Chapter managers can change the category and chapter of an entry after it has been submitted. This is useful when an entrant submits to the wrong chapter or category.

Move an entry to a different chapter or category

To update an entry:

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
  2. Select the three dots next to the entry
  3. Select Edit
  4. Change the chapter and/or category
  5. Select Save + close

Good to know

  • Chapter managers can move entries into other chapters. Once an entry is moved out of a chapter, the original chapter manager can no longer access it.
  • If entry fields differ between categories or chapters, the entry may become incomplete.
  • Entry data is carried over only when the same fields exist in both locations.
