What is My Award Force?

My Award Force is a tool for users who belong to more than one Award Force account. This includes entrants, judges, and program managers.

The experience depends on the roles assigned to the user in each account.

How access works

Entrants and judges

• Can view and switch between the accounts they are part of
• Can only access the roles and views assigned to them

Program managers

• Can switch between accounts
• Can copy entries between seasons and accounts
• Can copy configuration from one account to another
• Can access a multi-account dashboard for programs stored within one data region

Access My Award Force

You can access My Award Force in two ways:

• Visit my.awardforce.com directly
• Select My Award Force from the profile menu after selecting your name

Good to know

• The in-app My Award Force link only appears if you belong to two or more accounts.
• Access and actions are determined by your role in each account.
• My Award Force helps reduce the need to log in and out of multiple accounts.
