Maintenance FAQs

Sometimes Award Force requires brief scheduled maintenance to update systems or release new features. During this time, the platform will be temporarily unavailable.

Can the maintenance be rescheduled?

No, maintenance cannot be rescheduled. System maintenance needs to happen simultaneously for all our clients globally, so there's no single time that suits everyone.

What will happen during the maintenance period?

Depending on whether users are logged in or not, they’ll see one of two messages:

Login status	Message
Not logged in when maintenance begins
Logged in when maintenance begins

For the latest updates during maintenance, visit the Award Force status page. 

Will my users be notified?

Award Force does not automatically notify users about scheduled maintenance.

If you think your users will be affected:

• Send an email broadcast to inform them, and/or
• Add the maintenance details to the 'Home program description' content block.
