Can the maintenance be rescheduled?

System maintenance cannot be rescheduled. As maintenance needs to happen at the same time for all our clients globally there is no perfect day/time for everyone.

What will happen during the maintenance period?

If a user who isn’t logged in visits your program URL, they will see this page:


If a user is logged in when the maintenance period starts, they will see this message:


You can check the Award Force status for the most up-to-date information.

Will my users be notified?

We do not contact your users about the maintenance period. If you think your users will be impacted by the maintenance period, you can notify them by sending an email broadcast and adding the maintenance details to the login page content block.
