Can judges score offline?

The short answer is no.

Award Force is a cloud-based platform that runs in a web browser. Judges must be connected to the internet to access assigned entries and submit scores.

That said, judges can still review entries offline if needed.

How offline reviewing works

If judges need to work offline, you can configure the score set to include scoring boxes in the judge PDF.

This allows judges to:

  • Download a PDF of their assigned entries
  • Print the PDFs if required
  • Review entries and record scores offline
  • Return later to enter scores into Award Force

Good to know

  • Offline scoring is done outside the platform and is not valid until submitted online.
  • Judge PDFs with scoring boxes are available on Pro plans and above.
  • PDFs can be printed or reviewed digitally.
