For GDPR purposes, Award Force clients (i.e. program owners or managers) are the data controller. The data controller decides how personal data is to be processed. Award Force, as the data processor, then processes the data for the controller. It is the privacy policy of the data controller that applies to the processing of data.
Important: if you wish to change the cookie policy link you must include all our cookies since users will still be using the Award Force platform and downloading these cookies.
For convenience, we provide a privacy policy for you but if you wish to use your own then feel free to update the link in the Manage workspace under Settings > Users > Registration to direct to your own policy.
