How do I change my login credentials?

You may need to update your login email address or password for a variety of reasons; perhaps your organisation has changed domains or you've moved to another company entirely. Changing your profile is easy and can be done in just a few steps! 

Update your email or password

  1. When logged into the platform, click your name in the top right corner of the page
  2. Choose Profile from the list of options that appears

  3. In the 'Profile' tab, key in your new email address or password
    Note: passwords must be 12 characters and include upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. To learn more, check out our Ultimate guide to user passwords.  
  4. Hit Save when finished
Important: your new email address will need to be verified. Keep an eye on your inbox for the six digit code. If you don't see it in a few minutes, be sure and check your junk and spam folders. 

FAQ: How do I access the platform if I don't remember my current password?

You can easily reset your password by clicking Forgot password (shown below) during the login process.

This will generate an access link to your email address that's currently on file. Once you've gained access you can follow the steps above. 

FAQ: What if my email address is already in use? 

Award Force utilises a single user database for all accounts to facilitate easier login for those with multiple programs. It's entirely possible that you've used your new alternate email address for another program on out platform without even realising it. Because each email can only be used once, you'll be able to access your program with those same credentials.
