Can you provide a W-9 form?

Award Force does not have a registered US entity and therefore doesn't need to have a W-9 form. However, we can provide you with our W-8BEN-E (or W8), which is the appropriate form for Award Force as a foreign entity.
Please email accounts@awardforce.com for a copy of this form.
Why do you digitally sign your forms?
We have a company policy against unnecessary printing. Support for eSigning documents is key to upholding this policy.
The US Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service provides W8 forms in a format prepared for Adobe eSigning.
We believe if that is good enough for the US Department of the Treasury, it is good enough for us and for our clients.
