In Award Force, the entrant PDF—available to managers and entrants (if enabled)—includes only the fields visible to entrants on the entry form. It does not include fields hidden for review flow or fields used purely for internal workflows.
To view a PDF that includes all fields in an entry, use the manager PDF.
View the manager PDF
In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
Click the entry's name or ID to open the manager's view
Click View manager PDF
When the PDF opens, click the download icon in the top-right corner to save it to your device

The manager PDF includes all fields, including internal-only fields and fields hidden from entrants.
