Can I download all my data?

You can download all data held about you in an Award Force program from your user profile. This includes your entries and any uploaded attachments.

Download your data from your profile

To request your data:

1. Select your name in the top right corner
2. Select Profile
3. Select Download my data

You will receive an email containing:

• A download link
• A password to open the file

The link expires after 48 hours. If it expires, you must request the download again.

Open your downloaded file

The downloaded file is:

• A zip file
• Encrypted
• Password protected

You need an advanced unzip tool to open it.

Recommended tools

• Windows — 7 Zip
• macOS — The Unarchiver

After installing the tool

1. Right click the zip file
2. Select Open with
3. Choose the installed application

Good to know

• Downloading data does not delete data.
• Only program organisers can permanently delete data.
• The download includes entries and attachments.
• The file is removed after 48 hours for security. A new request is required after expiry.
• The file contains personal information and is encrypted.
• Basic unzip tools may not open the file correctly.
