To save time on issuing and tracking invoices, we generate one master invoice rather than three separate invoices. The master invoice includes a moving due date, and any agreed payment arrangements are noted directly on the invoice.
This approach has proven beneficial for both us and our clients — offering a single invoice to track instead of multiple separate documents.
