Award Force entry forms are dynamically generated based on the chapter and category selected by an entrant. Tabs and fields may vary depending on these selections. To preview the form structure, program managers and other users with entry permissions can download a blank entry form PDF.
Download a blank entry PDF
In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
Click Start entry
Select the desired chapter and category
Click Download blank entry PDF for reference
Save the PDF to your device
Repeat these steps for any additional chapters or categories you want to preview.
Disable blank entry PDF downloads
If you prefer not to make this option available to users:
In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Entries > Form settings
Open the 'Advanced' tab
Deselect the Blank sample form PDF available for download checkbox
Click Save
Good to know
Fields that are conditional or hidden from entrants will not appear in the blank PDF.
To capture conditional fields, create a test entry in the Enter workspace, populate it with placeholder data, and download the entrant PDF instead.
Drop-down fields display up to 10 options in the blank PDF; additional options are represented by an ellipsis.
