Award Force allows you to replace much of the default system text with wording that better suits your program. These edits allow you to customise the language used across the platform so it aligns with your program terminology.
For example, you might replace "Entry" with "Application", "Submission", or "Nomination".
Interface text can be updated in the Manage workspace under Settings > Content > Interface text.
Managing the 'Interface text' view
The interface text view allows you to filter and manage edited system text.

| All | Displays all editable interface text items |
| Only modified | Displays only interface text that has been edited |
| Reset | Restores the default system wording |
Edit interface text
- In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Content > Interface text
- Locate the text item you want to change
- Enter your replacement wording
- Click Save
Enable interface text tool tips
Interface text tooltips allow you to edit system wording directly from the interface. When enabled, hovering over editable text will show the option Edit this text.
To enable tooltips:
- In the Manage workspace, go to Settings > Content > Interface text
- Enable Display tooltips to see all customisable interface text
- Click Save
You can then hover over editable text throughout the platform and select Edit this text to update it.

Interface text is grouped by functional areas within the platform.
