Adding sponsor logos

In Award Force you can add sponsor logos to chapters, categories, and the footer of your program. There are no strict rules here; you can add an infographic or iconography if you don't have sponsors, the process is the same.

Adding category sponsors/images

  1. In the Manage workspace, go to Entries and click Edit form
  2. Select the category you want to add sponsor(s) to
  3. Click the small settings icon that appears when hovering your cursor over the drop-down

  4. Go to the Images section of the configuration tray
  5. Set an optional Heading that will appear alongside the image
  6. Configure a Maximum image width to control the size of the logos
Tip: uploaded images that are larger than the maximum are automatically scaled down. Images smaller than the maximum are displayed at their original size.
  7. Click the Add images button or drag-and-drop in your desired image
  8. Click Save

Example: entry form with the selected sponsored category.

Adding sponsors to the footer

  1. In the Manage workspace, navigate to Settings > General > Theme > Footer
  2. Under Footer logo, click Select file
  3. Choose the image you want to upload
  4. Click Save
  5. To see the result, refresh the page
Note: only one sponsor image can be uploaded to the footer space. If you have multiple sponsors, we recommend combining and arranging sponsor logos into a single composite image. This allows you to rank, size and label sponsor logos according to their contribution.

For recommended footer image dimensions, see: Theme configuration guide.
