No longer able to access your account? You have the possibility to receive a login link in order to quickly access your account. Discover the steps to follow, below:
- On the homepage, go to the Log in section and click Forgot password
- Enter your email address (or mobile number) and click Send
The following message displays
- You will receive an email with a one-click login link (see an example, below). This link will expire after 60 minutes and can only be used once.
Note: if you don't see the email in a couple of minutes, please check your junk mail or spam folder. If it's not there, contact your network or IT administrator to whitelist the address email@example.com.As soon as you are connected, you will be able to change your password by clicking on the link Profile page:
You can also change your password by clicking on the Profile menu at the top right of your screen:
