How to submit/modify an entry on behalf of an entrant

As a program manager, you have the ability to edit, modify, and submit an entry on behalf of an entrant. The two methods to do this are outlined below.
Important: submitting an entry on behalf of an entrant will bypass the cart. If you have payments enabled on your platform, an entrant must submit their own entry in order to pay within the Award Force platform. For more information, see: Why didn't I have to pay to submit an entry?
Method one: entry information screen
From the Manage workspace, go to Entries
Click the name or ID of an entry you need to edit
Click Edit
Make the necessary changes
Click Save + close to confirm any changes you make OR Submit entry to submit the entry on behalf of the entrant
Method two: entry list overflow menu
In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
Click the overflow menu (three dots) to the left of the entry you need to edit
Select Edit from the resulting list
Make the necessary changes
Click Save + close to confirm any changes you make OR Submit entry to submit the entry on behalf of the entrant
Note: if an entry is submitted by a program manager, any and all notifications that are set up based on the action of a successfully submitted entry are still in effect. This includes the 'Entry submitted' notification and any review flow notifications set up to send when an entry is submitted.
