Chapter managers have the ability to change the category and chapter of an entry even after it has been submitted. This feature is useful when an entrant submits their entry to the wrong chapter. To accomplish this, see the instructions below.
- In the Manage workspace, go to Entries
- Click on the three dots next to the entry and click Edit
- Change the chapter
- Click Save + close
Important: if entry fields are different between categories or chapters, it could result in the entry being incomplete. Only when fields are common, will entry data be carried over to the new category.
Note: while chapter managers can move entries into other chapters they will not be able to access the entry again if it is moved out of their area.
