If you have JavaScript disabled for any reason, when visiting the platform you will see a message like this:
There are two common reasons for seeing this message:
- For some reason JavaScript has been disabled in your browser
Solution: view instructions explaining how to enable JavaScript for your browser - For some reason your (corporate) network is blocking access to JavaScript files
Solution: contact your network administrator or IT support person and show them this information
