Why doesn't my login work?

There are a few reasons you might have trouble logging in:

  1. A user account doesn't exist for the email address or mobile number
  2. The password is wrong
  3. Your user account is linked to multiple programs

User account doesn't exist

What to do:

  1. It can be easy to overlook a typo at a glance. Double check the email address you are logging in with is spelled correctly.

  2. Try a password reset— click the "Reset password" link in the log in box. If there is a user account with that email address or mobile number, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder.

What to do:

If you have tried repeatedly and are certain you have typed the password correctly, try resetting the password— click the Reset password link in the log in box. 

If there is a user account with that email address or mobile number, you will receive an email with a login in link. Read more about the login link.  Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. 

Note: if you have clicked Reset password but have not received the email, either in your Inbox or junk folder, please try whitelisting this sender address: mg.awardsplatform.com 

User account is linked to multiple programs

The program you are trying to log in to uses a platform called Award Force.

If you are a regular with awards, grants, or similar entry/judging programs your login details are the same across all awards/grants on Award Force.

If you are logging in with an email address associated with another program, your password will be the same as that other program.

Still uncertain? Here's what to do:

Try resetting your password— click the "Reset password" link in the log in box. If there is a user account with that email address or mobile number, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. 

Why can't you just tell me whether my account exists or the password is wrong?
