Why doesn't my login work?

There are a few reasons you might have trouble logging in:

  1. A user account doesn't exist for the email address or mobile number
  2. The password is wrong
  3. Your user account is linked to multiple programs

User account doesn't exist

What to do:

  1. It can be easy to overlook a typo at a glance. Double-check the email address you are logging in with is spelled correctly.
  2. Try a password reset— click the "Reset password" link in the log in box. If you don't receive an email with a password reset link, that's a sure sign the email address / mobile number you are trying to log in with is not registered.

Password is wrong

What to do:

If you have tried repeatedly and are certain you have typed the password correctly, try resetting the password— click the "Reset password" link in the log in box. If you don't receive an email with a password reset link, it's likely the email address / mobile number you are trying to log in with is not registered.

User account is linked to multiple programs

The program you are trying to log in to uses a platform called Award Force. If you are a regular with awards, grants, or similar entry/judging programs your login details are the same across all awards/grants on Award Force. If you are logging in with an email address associated with another program, your password will be the same as that other program.

Still uncertain? Here's what to do:

Try resetting your password— click the "Reset password" link in the log in box. If you don't receive an email with a password reset link, it's likely the email address / mobile number you are trying to log in with is not registered.

Why can't you just tell me whether my account exists or the password is wrong?

That would make it a bit easier to work out why you can't log in. However doing that is a risk to your privacy and security, which Award Force takes very seriously. If you have been through all the above and exhausted all possibilities to log in, please contact Award Force support and we will be pleased to help.
