Why are the changes to my logo or theme not visible?
When making changes to the look and feel of your platform in the Manage workspace under Settings > General > Theme, you may not see the changes you've made immediately after saving. While the platform will automatically reload, there can be a number of reasons that your content does not instantly display. There are a few ways to resolve this.
Refresh the page
Sometimes, a quick refresh (or two) of the page may be all you need for the changes to be visible. The CSS can sometimes take a few seconds to update, so try this a few times, it's most likely going to work.
Log out, then log back in
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select Log out. This will take you back to the login screen of your platform. Log back in to (hopefully!) see your changes. If this does not work, try a different browser or refresh your page as mentioned above.
Clear your cache
If the two options above did not work, your web browser may be retaining an older version of the page, preventing you from seeing the changes. If you've tried the two options above, we'd recommend clearing your browser cache. To learn how, check out our guide: Clearing your browser cache.
